Hey,

My name is Nathalie Gal. 

I am a surfer, a lover of the sea, an inspirational seeker and a teacher for my passion – A surf instructor.

This blog is made with 100% of love, a spray of salt and tons of sunshine.

I am a nomad surfer who follows my heart and dreams.

My journey starts with my thoughts and dreams, then followed by my actions.

Currently living in Caesarea, Israel, with my amazing partner Dave da

Wave, where we live our life beside the sea and Instructing our passion for 

surfing.

Waiting once more to return to Portugal, were it all started for me in 2015 on

my first surf trip, when i realized i'll come back to live there.

Mai 2019 i finally fulfill my biggest dream – Fly to Portugal with Dave.

Our goal was simple – surf every day, teach and just live a simple life.

And so it happened, Dave & I packed a suitcase full of clothes, 3 surfboards

 and a one way ticket to Portugal – to start our journey of life.

From a 3 months surf trip, it became 6 months, found a home, a job and friends who became family.

"The magic starts outside the box"

– someone wise.

My mini goals on that trip were quite simple, level up my surf & teaching 

skills.

I knew i had to change something in my life in order to grow. And for that to 

happen, i had to leave my safe place back home and spread my wings.

In my line of work I meet new people every day who give me the inspiration 

to write this blog. So thank you!

It does not matter what kind of surfer you are, a beginner, intermediate, pro, 

took one surf lesson and decided to go on your own or surf once a year… this is 

for you!

Be aware if you suffer from any pain or injury, attend to a doctor or physiotherapist or any professional who can help you. These exercise are only proven on me and my experience for me only. (I am not a doctor nore a physiotherapist!) Do not ignore pain or any injuries!!!
